These terms apply to the Ameratex Plumbing LLC website and to text messages we send. By using the site or agreeing to receive texts, you agree to these terms.

Using our website

Our website gives general information about our plumbing services and lets you request service. Information on the site is not a quote or a guarantee. Every job is different, so we confirm the work, price and any other terms with you directly before we start.

Please give accurate information when you request service. Do not misuse the site or our request form.

Text messaging terms

Program: Ameratex Plumbing LLC customer text messages.

What you'll get: When you agree on our form, or text us first, we send texts about your service request, such as confirmations, scheduling, follow-ups and replies to your messages. We don't send marketing texts unless you separately agree to them.

• Message frequency varies based on your request and our conversation.
• Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile plan.
• To stop texts, reply STOP to any message. You'll get one text confirming you've opted out, and we won't text you again unless you opt back in.
• For help, reply HELP or call us at (682) 568-8280.
• Consent is not required to get service from us. You can always just call.
• Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Ameratex Plumbing LLC's Responsible Master Plumber holds Texas license RMP-46235. Plumbing in Texas is regulated by the Texas State Board of Plumbing Examiners, tsbpe.texas.gov.
