Know the signs

Signs of a drain or sewer problem

More than one drain is slowWhen several fixtures back up at once, the problem is usually in the main line, not one sink.
Gurgling soundsAir trapped by a partial blockage, often heard in toilets or tub drains.
Sewage smellInside or in the yard. Can mean a cracked or blocked sewer line.
Water backing up in the tub or showerEspecially when you flush or run the washer.
Soggy spots in the yardOver the sewer line, or areas where water won't drain after rain.
Clogs keep coming backRepeat clogs usually mean roots, a belly in the line or a break that needs a camera to find.

Why we use a camera

Clearing a clog fixes today's problem. A sewer camera inspection shows why it happened: tree roots, grease buildup, a sag in the line, or a cracked pipe. That's the difference between paying for the same clog every few months and fixing it once.

Many older homes in the Mid-Cities still have cast-iron drain lines, which corrode from the inside and catch debris. We replace damaged sections, or the whole system, with PVC.

North Texas clay soil holds water, so yards often pond after heavy rain. A properly sloped French drain carries that water away from your foundation.

“Fast and quality work done at a reasonable price. Would recommend.”

Questions

Frequently asked

Do you clear drains after hours?

Yes. Drain cleaning and unclogging is available 24/7. Call (682) 568-8280.

What is a sewer camera inspection?

A waterproof camera goes into the drain line so we can see roots, cracks, sags or blockages. It shows exactly what's wrong before any digging or replacement.

Should I use chemical drain cleaners?

We don't recommend them for repeat clogs. They can damage older pipes and rarely fix the real cause, like roots or buildup deeper in the line.

Can you replace old cast-iron drains?

Yes. We replace cast-iron drain lines with PVC, either in sections or for the whole house.
